We chartered a private boat tour for 5 people and it was fantastic. Everything presented was executed exactly as it was listed. The transportation to and from our hotel was seamless. The crew provided were helpful and took care of all the necessary details. Pros: - Professional boat service with an office on the beach to process you at check-in. - Friendly staff who are accommodating and well trained - Photo service is provided on the boat, and the pictures are available after your tour. Cons: - Not much shade on the boat - be prepared to be in the sun all day and dress/prep accordingly - Language barrier potential - the crew is incredibly helpful but many only speak Spanish. Makes potential questions or inquiries a challenge Overall I would recommend this for large groups or small parties. It was a great deal - and was perfectly delivered in the exact timelines and specifics that were promised. If you're looking for a low key, fun, and pleasurable half day excursion on a boat - these guys can make it happen. Mike
