About Sausalito

Poised on the San Francisco Bay at the northern end of the iconic Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito has been by turns the home of several bootleggers’ operations during Prohibition, a shipbuilding center during World War II, and has now assumed a new identity as a haven for artists, as well as a charming residential district and boater’s paradise. It enjoys a Mediterranean climate, but the brisk breezes off of the Bay help keep it cool and fresh year round.

    44ft Yacht charter in Sausalito

This experience was incredible! We had the most perfect day and the most perfect captain. Saw all of the sites including the Golden Gate Bridge from underneath, Alcatraz and the SF city coastline. Luxurious way to spend an afternoon! Highly recommend!

Captain Tim was excellent to work with. Quick response time and provided our family with a memorable experience! His boat has all the amenities you could ask for. He pointed out dolphins and brought us to all the iconic landmarks! Great experience. Our 7 and 3 yr old had a blast!!

    44ft Yacht charter in Sausalito

Captain Tim was an amazing and adaptable captain. You can tell he put a lot of thought into the customer experience. The boat has everything you'd need for a good time. It has soft drinks and snacks on deck, towels, cup holders, sound system, fireplace, and a full galley kitchen. He was very flexible and will take you anywhere you want in the area, but his suggested route was perfect. We got great views of downtown SF, the golden gate bridge, and Alcatraz. He spent some time with us at the very end and we loved being able to learn more about him. He's super friendly with a sexy australian accent, can't go wrong with that.

Rick is lovely and very communicative ahead of time, and we felt very safe with Covid protocols and etc. It was a beautiful day for sailing on the Bay—my only regret was not booking more time!

What a wonderful day on the Bay! Rick was friendly, welcoming and educational, he rekindled my love for the wind on the water. His yacht is modern, stable and sleek in the water, he keeps it in great condition too. The Marina location is great too for a loop around San Francisco Bay.

Sail San Francisco Bay On Yacht with Captain Pam

This trip was sublime. Our party of 9 enjoyed a 2 hour sail from Sausalito through the Golden Gate to Kirby Cove and a sweep by SF's north shore and Alcatraz. The crew of 2 was professional and cordial - outstanding adherence to COVID safety standards. Pricing was in line with other options, and we are happy we went with Captain Pam. Glory Days was a luxury experience. Most highly recommend!
