In this class, our goal is to teach you the basic techniques of Stand Up Paddle so you can learn in the fastest and most correct way. After the first lesson, the Student can go out and do some tours on the Mira River on his own. Beginner classes are taught in calm and flat waters, perfect for learning. Topics: Safety Rules, Positioning on the board, Techniques of Equilibrium and Posture, Techniques of Turning, techniques of Paddled. Included: Board, paddle, Lifejacket, certified AND Insurance Instructor Monitoring
