Max speed 35mph In order to provide the best value for our customers and to make rentals affordable, we enforce a strict reimbursement policy for damages occurring during the course of the rental. We don't turn anybody away for in experience, but please note that some aspects of operating a boat, such as docking, may cause difficulty for beginners. •All rentals include basic general liability insurance with an $800 deductible. For an extra $40 per day, you may purchase comprehensive insurance coverage for all damages regardless of fault, also with an $800 deductible. Without comprehensive insurance, you are responsible for all new damages for which there isn’t a third party responsible. Comprehensive insurance is payable at the time of launch/delivery via cash, payment apps such as venmo/zelle/. Towing service is included with the rental with or without comprehensive insurance for any reason when needed. Towing service will not be provided if the boat is operated outside of the allowed rental hours (from dusk till dawn in the event of multi-day rentals). We’re licensed and insured, Life vest included, over seating capacity, all sizes toddler to XXL Safety and regulatory equipment provided (flares, horn, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, etc) Boat is equipped with Garmin GPS with updated charts and Fish Finder No charges other than the amount paid at the time of booking. Renters born AFTER January 31, 1988 will be required to have a Boater Safety Card or Coast Guard Boating License No refunds: After the contract is signed, the condition of the boat and the condition of equipment such as engine, propeller, radio, navigation, etc. are considered accepted. The hurricane was perfect for our group of 10. It ran well! Sabi was an excellent communicator. The delivery and pick-up was a bonus and worth the money. He fills up the tank upon his pick-up, which saves you time. We would definitely rent from Sabi again. Thanks my friend!!

This was an amazing rental! From the time we booked the rental until the time we dropped off the boat. Sabi answered all of our questions, gave us a good orientation on the boat, and sent us on our way. When we returned he was standing on the dock waiting to help with docking! Highly recommend booking with him. You won’t regret it!

To anyone looking to book a pontoon for the day, Sabi is your guy to book with! The booking process was seem less, as he was very quick in response to any questions I had. Everything from the gas price upon returning the boat, to him setting pre set navigation points on the GPS before we even left. (which made it very easy to navigate) Incredibly easy person to talk to, very very helpful with getting the boat set for the day, to docking when it’s returned. Nothing but the best with Sabi. Thanks again! Definitely will be booking again!!

No night time boating allowed. • In case of bad weather, if notified at least by the night prior to rental date, I will agree to reschedule or refund. • We reserve the right to cancel in case of mechanical issues and bad weather. Weather conditions do not relieve renter (you) from the responsibility of returning by agreed upon return time. • Before renter (you) can receive the boat, you agree to show your picture ID in order that we may take a picture of it. Upon request, you can do the same to the photo ID of the person handing you over the boat. • Damage inspection: before renter (you) can receive the boat, you will be asked to inspect the boat for any damages, interior or exterior, and to take a picture of any damages found. I will call your attention to any existing damages I am aware of, and will ask you to take a picture of them. Upon return, you are liable for any new damages of which you do not have picture proof of that would show that said damages already existed at the time you received the boat. • Earliest LAUNCH time on any given day is 9AM. • Latest RETURN time on any given day is 7PM. • Renter (you) must have basic knowledge on how to operate a pontoon boat and must have the required qualifications to be legally able to operate a watercraft in the state of Florida and surrounding waters. • No refunds: After the contract is signed, the condition of the boat and the condition of equipment such as engine, propeller, radio, navigation, etc. are considered accepted. • By booking, you accept and agree to all terms and conditions described herein.
