It is your responsibility to return the boat at the agreed upon time. Late returns will result in additional charges. Safety: It is your responsibility to operate the boat in a safe and responsible manner. You must follow all boating laws and regulations, including wearing life jackets when required. Any damage to the boat due to unsafe or reckless behavior will be your responsibility to repair or pay for. Insurance: Our rental boats are insured, but the deductible is the responsibility of the renter. Any damage to the boat or injury to a third party during the rental period will be the renter's responsibility. Payment: Payment for the rental is due in full at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for late returns, damage to the boat, or fuel usage. Fuel: The boat will be provided with a full tank of fuel at the start of the rental period. It is your responsibility to refill the tank before returning the boat. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.
