- Renters must be at least 25 years old and provide a valid drivers license - Reservations may be cancelled and/or rescheduled by owner for adverse weather conditions, mechanical issues, or unexpected events taking place on the inter-coastal waterways that could put renters at risk. - Cancellations by renters are 100% refundable if cancelled prior to 5 days of booking, 50% refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of booking, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the rental plus sales tax. - We love pets, but do not allow pets. - No smoking is allowed at any time. - Fishing and diving from the boat is not allowed. - We do not refund money if you return the boat early. - Life jackets are provided and children 7 and under are required by law to wear a life jacket at all times. - Ice is provided in our 70-qt insulated ice box. - Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking for introduction and checklist. - Our boat does not have a bathroom. - We are not responsible for items left on the boat. - Operating the boat under the influence of alcohol (0.08% or more) or other drugs is prohibited. - If the boat becomes disabled due to not following safety rules or negligence, renter will be charged a minimum of $75.00 for rescue services. - Charges for damages will be set by our boat manufacturer (Duffy Boats Co.) for standard repair costs. - The operator of the boat must have a working cell phone on the boat at all times, in case of emergencies, you are lost, or we are needing to coordinate return time. - Customers may not ride on the bow or stern of the boat. Surrey top and zippered clear panels must not be removed for any reason. - A late return fee will be calculated at $25 per quarter hour with a 15 minute grace period.  - Captain surcharge of $25 per hour. Gratuity is optional and should be based on the service you have received. Typical Gratuity is 15-20%.
