**Charter less than 7 or 14 days, upon request and subject to the period Short Period Bookings:   5 days= 80% of the weekly rate ,  4 days= 70% of the weekly rate  Weekend: Friday 17.00-Monday 10.00 = 60% of the weekly rates (upon availability, not on July-Aug) ** Discounts:          -5%  for 2 weeks charter        -10%  for 3 weeks charter CANCELLATION POLICY: Booking cancelled, more than 30 days before embarkation, are charged 20% of the total charter fee Booking cancelled between 29 & 16 days before embarkation, are charged 50% of the total charter fee Booking cancelled less than 15 days before embarkation, are charged 100% of the total charter fee  ***If the boat is re-booked for the same period, the cancellation fees will be refunded. Will be charged    only 100€ for the dossier expenses and the amount paid by the company as a commission for the charter, to the broker(if any). CHECK IN/OUT  :    Embarkation time: 18:00hrs          Disembarkation time: 10:00hrs Mandatory, the yacht must return in the base the day before, the latest at 20:00hrs Bases :  Thessaloniki ,  Νew Moudania-Halkidiki (summer), New Skioni-Halkidiki (summer)   FREE OF CHARGE : Yacht with standard equipment as per Inventory List , Taxes,  Harbor Fees for First and last Charter Nights, Bed linen/towels/blankets/one set/person/week, sea masks-flippers, dinghy, 1 cooking gas, water  in tanks, Pets up to 6 Kg.  NOT INCLUDED : Fuels, berth in marinas outside base, provisioning, transfers. **Transfer service: upon request & payment (can only be arranged the latest 5 days before embarkation) **Fuels: The vessel is delivered and picked up with full tanks. Otherwise a consumption of 6 liters/hour is charged.  EXTRAS :  Skipper: 130€/day, plus food provisions (It is at the guests’ discretion whether or not they wish the skipper to join them ashore for meals. Provisions must be onboard for the skipper. Otherwise the amount for his meals is  30€/day.  Crew gratuities are not included in the rate. Outboard :  80€/week,    Extra Linen : 10€ /set/week    Wi-Fi router:  50€ /week                                   Provisioning service :  20€ ** End Cleaning :  150€/charter Security Deposit : 2500€ -(prior charter start by credit card, Master or Visa)  Sailing Licence Requirement :  the port authorities’ requests, the charterer must provide original sailing certificate  Clauses : 1) It is mandatory to hire a captain if the sailing license is between 1-3 years or age under 25 year old or minimal sailing experience.    2) Βoat delivery delay: 500€ up to 6 hours, 1200€ from 6 to 24 hours, 1500€ for each subsequent day  INSURANCE: The boat is insured according to the Greek law, against risks arising from liability to third parties  and damage to the hull, machinery and equipment in excess of the Refundable or the Non Refundable deposit.
