If the weather is not permittable, boat charter will be cancelled this will ensure safety for all passengers. Captain will decide on the day of charter. 2. **Late or No-Show Bookings:** over 1 hour from agreed time, will put into effect the no-show policy. Including potential fees or cancellation penalties will be taken. 3. **Boat Rules:** Overall behavior, alcohol consumption and smoking policies should be respected. The Captain will outline all rules aboard the boat to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all passengers.
