Rental Terms for GetMyBoat.com Power Yacht: Reservation and Booking: a. All reservations and bookings for the power yacht can be made through GetMyBoat.com. b. The renter must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid government-issued identification document. c. A valid credit card is required to secure the reservation. Rental Duration: a. The rental period starts at the agreed-upon time of departure and ends at the agreed-upon time of return. b. Any extension of the rental period must be arranged and confirmed in advance. Payment: a. The rental fee, including any applicable taxes, must be paid in full at the time of booking. b. Additional charges, damage deposit, or any optional extras, will be clearly communicated and settled before the departure. Security Deposit: a. A security deposit is required before the departure, either by credit card authorization or cash, to cover any damages or losses during the rental period. b. The security deposit will be refunded within a reasonable time after the return of the power yacht, minus any necessary deductions for damages or outstanding fees. Cancellation and Refunds: a. Cancellations made by the renter are subject to the cancellation policy specified on GetMyBoat.com. b. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, the rental may be rescheduled or canceled, and a refund or credit will be provided. Responsibilities of the Renter: a. The renter is responsible for the power yacht and its equipment during the rental period. b. The renter must follow all local laws, regulations, and rules of navigation. c. The renter must return the power yacht in the same condition as received. Safety: a. The renter and all passengers must follow safety instructions provided by the boat captain. Liability: a. GetMyBoat.com and the power yacht owner/operator shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from the rental or use of the power yacht. b. The renter agrees to indemnify and hold GetMyBoat.com and the power yacht owner/operator harmless from any claims, including legal fees, arising from the rental or use of the power yacht.
