🚤 Booking Policies 🚤 Passenger Limit 🧑‍🤝‍🧑: At this time, we accept a maximum of 2 passengers per trip. This number may change in the future. If you wish to accommodate more passengers, please reach out to us before booking. We may make exceptions under certain circumstances. Fishing License Requirement 🎫: All passengers intending to fish must have a valid fishing license for the day/date of the trip. We may check licenses before departure. If a valid license isn't acquired prior to boarding, the trip may be cancelled, delayed, or cut shorter without a refund. Weather Cancellation 🌧️: Safety is our top priority. If adverse weather conditions (like heavy rain, high winds, or lightning) are forecasted, we may need to reschedule or cancel the trip. In such cases, customers will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. Late or No-Show Bookings ⏰: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. If you're late, we cannot guarantee the full duration of your booking. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the trip will not be refunded. Safety First 🛑: All passengers must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by the captain. This includes wearing life jackets when instructed and following all safety procedures onboard. Boat Rules 📜: 1. No alcohol, weed, or other intoxicants are allowed onboard. Anyone under the influence will not be permitted to board. 2. No smoking on the boat. 3. Respect the boat and its equipment. Any damage caused by negligence will be billed to the customer. 4. Children must be supervised at all times. Personal Equipment 🎣: While we provide top-notch fishing equipment, you're welcome to bring your favorite rod or tackle. However, we're not responsible for any personal equipment that's lost or damaged during the trip. Environmental Respect 🌿: Please refrain from littering. Let's keep Ontario's lakes clean and vibrant for future generations! Special Requests 📝: If you have a preferred fishing spot or a specific lake in mind other than the ones listed, please discuss with us before booking. Additional fees may apply for certain locations.
