Late Arrivals and No-Shows: Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. For late arrivals, please note that the end time of your experience will remain unchanged. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. Safety Considerations: Safety is paramount in all our activities. All guests are required to follow the safety instructions provided by the captain and crew. Life jackets and safety equipment must be worn as instructed.
