100% of the Yacht Fees are refundable if the cancellation is made 31 days prior to the Listing’s local check-in date and time. Service Fees are not refundable. - 50% of the Yacht Fees are refundable if the cancellation is made from 7 days prior to the Listing’s local check-in date and time, Service Fees are not refundable. - Any complaint related to the booking should be made by either party within 24 hours of arrival. - 30 EUR CLEANING FEE is offered as an extra charge for the duration of the whole rental period. If the tenant wishes not to use the cleaning option and if the boat is not returned in .the clean condition, the appropriate compensation will be deducted from the security deposit. - The security deposit for the duration of the rental is EUR 400.00, excluding VAT. Security deposit will be returned after the rental, if the following conditions are met: no damage, no breakage of the boat, removal of equipment, no violation of regulations.
