ROC Paddle Board (SUP) with Kayak Conversion

This paddle board is amazing! Its wider design makes it perfect for beginners or intermediate level paddlers. The board is 10' long which makes it easier to steer with an impressive 300 lb capacity. The board is inflatable which allows to to be transported anywhere and in any vehicle. The paddle board comes rolled up in its backpack with a hand pump for inflation, fin for stability, adjustable height t-paddle, and an ankle leash. A life jacket can also be provided. Based on availability, the kayak seat, kayak paddle end, an automatic pump for inflation, dry bag, phone float bag, and marine cord may be added for no extra cost. This paddle board is great for any use but is ideal for backpacking, long trips, or larger people who may feel confined in smaller kayaks. The convertible kayak option also makes it great for longer adventures if the paddler gets tired or prefers kayaking. The size and capacity also means more than one person or additional cargo may also be on the board. Please adhere to the weight restrictions to ensure safety for all. If more than one person is on the board, please let me know so that I can bring an extra life jacket. Please feel free to reach out about any questions or concerns. The board does require you to inflate it. If you have any questions, we can answer those through GetMyBoat’s messaging platform before you pay. Additional Terms & Information

Weather is always an acceptable reason to cancel, and I will check in if the weather gets dicey. Please let me know though, and I will get you a full refund. TN, GA, and SC all require paddlers to have a life jacket onboard (not necessarily on) at all times. People under the age of 13 are required to wear them at all times on the water. Please let me know the number and size(s) of people who will be on the board so I can provide pfds. The board has a 300 lb weight limit. Do NOT exceed this. Other people or pets may be on the board if proper safety is followed (everyone has a life vest), and the weight limit is not exceeded. I do not have pet life jackets. If you bring your pet, the pet is completely your responsibility and trim the nails to prevent possible board damage (Note: I have seen several dogs jump off their owner's boards into the water or run away when I'm paddling, so be warned - it's possible). Stay away from boats! They can not see you well at all. You may need to stand or make loud noises near them so they can see you. Also, boats leave large wakes which are hard to stay on the board. In general, the board is best for flat water or slow currents. The fin is not weight bearing. The fin needs to be attached in order for higher stability. Float the board into the water before getting on to prevent the fin from bearing weight when getting on. Try to void letting the fin drag on things under the water, but it may need to be cleaned off if so. Do not keep the board inflated in direct sunlight when not in use (it will pressurize and possibly ruin the board). The board should ideally be inflated to 14-14.5 psi. It is rated for 13-17 psi to use. Do NOT over inflate (higher than 17 psi) the board will explode. I would stay about 14 psi since the board pressure will naturally fluctuate (think of how your tires change pressure over time and in use). Try to avoid hitting things under water or dragging the board over rough surfaces. It's a grand total of 20 lbs inflated; pick it up. If it accidentally hits something under water, clean it off. I am happy to give people tips and help them set up the board if needed. Feel free to ask questions!
