Additional Terms & Information

Before booking is completed guests are asked to sing a booking agreement with all the terms and conditions stipulated. Bookings can only be refunded should cancellation from the guest be before 30 days prior to charter date, In the event of adverse weather or mechanical issues we will inform the client and re-fund will be provided, in this case guests also have the option to re-schedule their bookings should they wish to do so. The price for yacht charter shall include the following: M.V Grecale Vessel: equipped according to the presently effective amenities list Service of Crew and Skipper Fuel Cost Value Added Tax (VAT) Flaked Ice to cool drinks (not for consumption) Welcome Coffee or Tea Use of additional water toys Use of Masks & Snorkels The price of the charter does not include additional services such as food and beverage costs or any other additional services. Should the charter of the booked Vessel be cancelled by the Client, whatever the reasons may be, the Client must inform us in writing about the cancellation without delay. Shall the cancellation fall prior to the 30 days before booking, a full refund will be provided. Should the Client not come (non-show-up case), or the Client leaves the vessel prior to the contracted check-out time (early-abandon case) – in all such cases the 100% cancellation fee applies and Client does not have a right for any refund. The sailing area of the Vessel is within the territorial water of the Republic of Malta and no further than 5 miles from the coast. Sailing locations will be decided with the Master of the ship before departure. Client will be given a number of choices depending on the package they have chosen and the weather on the day of the charter.
