Do you wish to discover the beauty of the Greek islands? The Beneteau Oceanis 60 is the best sailing boat to have fun on your vacation.  Built in 2017, refitted in 2021, she accommodates 6 people in 3 different beds with 3 bathrooms.  Ultreya is equipped with a classic mainsail, electric winches, radar, generator, salon GPS plotter and barbecue.  It also has a flat screen TV, heating, air conditioning, washing machine and sound system. The fully equipped kitchen includes freezer, coffee maker, oven, stove and sink.  For a few days or a week, this sailing boat will take you to the most incredible places of these islands. Lefkas and the surrounding islands are sparkling jewels, with crystal clear water that invites you to swim and dive into the deep blue. You will sail with a professional skipper and hostess (option) who own a YachtMaster and all certificates, as well as having sailed frequently in the area. Hope to see you soon! Additional Terms & Information

1-    Introduction OÜ Braves Holding, Valukoja 8/1 11415 Tallinn, Estonian registration number 11226078, (hereinafter charter company), takes good care of the boats offered and ensures that they are technically state-of-the-art. Once Client makes a booking, he/she agrees with the following general conditions, which are either for the Client and for the charter company. 2-    Skipper and hostess The charter company hires a professional Skipper (and Hostess if requested) who acts on behalf of the Client in all matters concerning the management, operation and movement of the boat, specifically related to safety on board; where Skipper's authority prevails to prevent or minimize injury and/or damage. Skipper´s right and duties are specified in paragraph 10, Hostess´s in paragraph 11. 3-    Prices Prices are in Euro, charter starts on Saturday (6 PM) and ends next Saturday (9 AM). Price includes: use of the boat and its devices, boat insurance. The boat is given over with full water and fuel tanks and has to be returned with the same level. All other operative costs are not included. 4-    Booking Booking can be made by e-mail. The Client is obliged to provide all information. Once confirmed, the charter company sends rental agreement, prices and details of payment. 5-    Payment Payment must be done as follows: -       30% of the boat rental price max 7 days after booking confirmation -       70% of the boat rental price at least one month before the start of the rental period Charter company issues an invoice to the Client with Bank coordinates. 6-    Booking cancellation -        within 30 days of departure, a penalty of 30% is applied -       after this date, a full amount penalty is applied -       30% penalty is applied in case Client cannot travel due to CoVid-19 -       no penalty applied in case of Nationwide Travel Restrictions in the country of the Charter Company. -       no penalty applied in case Client or charter company would find a replacement for the booking under same conditions. 7-    Security deposit A refundable security deposit is due upon boarding, to be paid by Bank transfer. The deposit is returned in 7 days after checkout of the boat, unless damages occurred due to customer neglect. Instead, any damage occurred due to skipper`s neglect is not considered. 8-    Boarding and returning the boat Boarding starts at 6PM of the agreed date. In case Client does not show up after 72 hours, charter company can unilaterally withdraw from the contract and the Client is not entitled to claim any compensation. If, for any reason, the charter company does not handover the boat, then it has 24 hours to provide the Client with an equal or better boat, and refund for the time of non-use. In case of more than 24 hours, then Customer can withdraw from the contract, asking the charter company to refund the full amount. The charter company is not responsible of any delay due to force majeure or adverse weather conditions. Once handover of the boat, the Skipper checks the boat and its equipment together with the Client. Client and Skipper sign the inventory list. The Skipper, on behalf of the Client, must return the boat in the same conditions. 9-    Customer Responsibilities Is not allowed: -       to accommodate anyone out of the boarding list -       to rent the boat to third parties -       to compete in regattas -       to use for commercial fishing -       to use for sailing school -       take pets on board The skipper announces all safety instructions and Client must follow. Skipper is responsible for people on board and the boat itself. 10- Skipper Responsibility The skipper is responsible for navigation, mooring, anchoring and maneuvering the boat. Skipper duties: -       check-in/check-out -       inventory list -       to introduce to the Client all safety equipment, and to teach how to act in case of emergency. Other tasks, such as cleaning, cooking, etc. are not skipper's obligations. The skipper properly reacts to any Client's request regarding tourist information, he shares his knowledge, such as bays, monuments, restaurants, nightlife, attractions, etc. The skipper may sail up to 8 hours/day, cannot leave the boat unattended when anchored, and looks after the safety of the passengers once on board. He agrees with the Client the desired time and route, always taking into account the safety of all passengers. The skipper always uses sails as much as possible, unless wind direction does not allow. In case of strong wind, he decides whether the boat may move from the location, however explaining to the Client all details and agrees the alternative plan. Mooring, water and fuel tanks, port formalities, food, drinks (either for passengers and the skipper) are paid by the Client. The skipper cabin/Berth is located on the bow. The skipper is responsible for any damage to the boat during navigation, motoring, anchoring, mooring and maneuvers. When necessary, the Client or one of the passengers is considered capable of assisting the skipper during navigation/mooring; he/she must follow the instructions provided. The rule is not valid in case of hostess on board. 11- Hostess responsibility The hostess prepares and serves breakfast and lunch according to customer`s requests. She looks after daily shopping. She pays attention to all nutritional restrictions of the Client and passengers (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, etc.). The hostess does daily cleaning including lounge, kitchen, toilet and cockpit. Same as for he skipper Client pays food and drink of the hostess. Her cabin/berth is located on the bow. 12- Insurance The boat has third parties insurance. The crew is insured. The Charter Company is not liable for loss and/or damage to the Client's belongings. 13- Complaints of both parties Client can file a written complaint to the charter company (with documentation) once checking out. The charter company answers within seven (7) days, but may postpone another seven (7) days to verify. The charter company is not responsible for weather conditions, temperature or cleanliness of the sea, crowded destinations and all other similar issues which are not directly related to the quality of the service given. The charter company is entitled to ask compensation for damages or losses due to neglect of Client and passenger. The complain must be done during check-out. The compensation is paid from the security deposit (Par n.7)
