Listings: Pricing Tab

img_listings_pricing_tab

The pricing tab provides flexibility in setting prices for various trip options. It's mandatory to include at least one type of price, such as hourly rates, multi-day packages, or per-person charges.

If your trip is a single-day excursion, select the hourly option. For multi-day trips, whether with or without overnight stays, choose the multi-day option. And if your pricing structure is based on a per-person basis, opt for the per-person tier.

By utilizing the pricing tab, you can easily customize and differentiate the pricing for different trip options, ensuring clarity and simplicity for your customers.

Hourly Options

You have the flexibility to add one or more hourly prices based on the length of the trip, with the option to include discounts for longer durations.

To ensure accurate pricing, the minimum required fields are the trip rate (hourly price) and the minimum and maximum trip duration. By specifying these details, you can effectively set the pricing structure for your trips, taking into account different durations and offering discounted rates for extended periods.

Ensuring the tiers are arranged in this manner is important for maintaining consistency and clarity in your pricing structure. By adhering to a sequential order, you establish a logical progression of trip durations and corresponding pricing tiers.

When you click on the "Add new hourly pricing tier" option, you can effortlessly create a new tier specifically designed for a different type of trip.

The maximum trip duration is directly linked to each tier you create. It is crucial to establish the tiers in a specific order, starting from the lowest and progressing to the highest.

Multi-Day Option

In the case of multi-day trips, customers have the option to either keep possession of the vessel during the day or stay overnight on board.|

To ensure accurate pricing, there are specific fields that are mandatory to fill in. These include the rate per day/night, minimum trip duration, and maximum trip duration.

You can click on the "Add new multi-day pricing tier" option to create a new tier.

Remember to create tiers in ascending order from the lowest tier to the highest tier. This ensures consistency and facilitates ease of understanding in your pricing structure.

Per-Person Option

If you operate on a per-person basis, you have the option to manage prices using the new format, which includes daily or hourly tiers. This flexibility allows you to set pricing based on either a daily rate or an hourly rate, depending on the specific needs and preferences of your business.

Per-person trips provide you with the flexibility to add multiple tiers to accommodate different group sizes or trip durations. This feature allows you to customize your pricing structure based on the specific needs and requirements of various customer groups.

Whether it's adjusting prices for smaller or larger groups or offering different rates for varying trip durations, the ability to create multiple tiers ensures that you can cater to a diverse range of customers in a tailored and accessible manner.

Cancellation Policy

It is essential to define your cancellation policy as it plays a crucial role in assisting renters when they are selecting a boat.

By clearly outlining your cancellation policy, you provide important information and transparency to potential renters. This enables them to make informed decisions and understand the terms and conditions associated with canceling a boat rental.

Having a well-defined cancellation policy helps establish trust, ensures fair expectations, and enhances the overall renting experience for both parties involved.

Security Allowance

This amount represents the maximum charge that can be applied to a renter in the event of damages or a valid claim. It is crucial to adhere to the rental agreement on Getmyboat and follow all the specified steps, ensuring that you have all the necessary documentation in place.

By following the outlined procedures and having the required documentation, you can ensure a smooth process in case of any damages or claims. It is important to prioritize compliance with the rental agreement, as it helps protect your interests as well as those of the renter, promoting transparency and resolving any issues efficiently.

Rental Terms

It is important to inform renters about key policies regarding cancellations due to inclement weather and provide essential safety instructions.

By clearly communicating your cancellation policy in the event of bad weather, you can manage expectations and ensure a smooth process if such situations arise. Renters will appreciate knowing what options are available to them and how they will be accommodated if weather conditions affect their rental experience.

Additionally, sharing safety instructions is crucial to ensure the well-being of renters. By providing clear and concise guidelines, you promote a safe and enjoyable experience on the boat, allowing renters to navigate potential risks or challenges with confidence.

By proactively sharing these important policies and safety instructions, you create a positive rental experience, prioritize customer satisfaction, and maintain a focus on the well-being of all involved.
