Additional Terms & Information

As a bareboat charter, your charter includes private use of the yacht totally under your control and that of the approved Captain/crew you hire. All running costs are passed through to you at cost, such as the Captain, at least one Steward and a deckhand, food, beverages, other staff you might choose such as a chef, caregiver, and costs such as fuel, dock/port fees. Send along a booking inquiry through GMB and we will quickly work with you to understand the type of trip you envision and give you a pretty accurate estimate of total costs based on your plans. After your trip is finished, you'll get a full accounting of all the actuals. If you'd like a guestimate, you can use $1200 for Captain and crew and about $400 an hour for fuel. Of course, that varies based on what you exactly plan for your trip. Gratuity is not included and is up to you to decide at the end of the trip depending on how you liked your service. On Marquis Charters, we've seen tips range from 10% to 40% of the charter fee, and have averaged 16%. Pickup and drop off locations can be round trip or one way and can include: Alameda, Oakland, Redwood City, South San Francisco, San Francisco waterfront, Sausalito, Tiburon, Emeryville, Berkeley, Richmond, San Rafael, Petaluma, Vallejo, Benicia, Napa, Pittsburg, Rio Vista, Sacrament0, Stockton, Half Moon Bay, Santa Cruz, Monterey. Charter may be customized as desired and is confirmed when Charter Agreement is signed.
